We're so sorry it didn't work out! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on any item that meets the following criteria:

  • Product is still in their original condition with their original packaging.
  • Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.
  • Any item that appears to have been used will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange process must be started within 14 days of the date of purchase.

*Items cannot be accepted and refund will not be issued if the above criteria are not met.

*Collaborative products are subject to that brands return policies and should not be returned to Eclipse Kids. Email support@eclipsekids.com for additional guidance.

 

To begin a return:

  • Email support@lunababies.co to start the return process.
  • A shipping label will be created and emailed to you. 
  • Once you’ve begun a return, the item must be received within 10 days. 
  • Refunds will be issued once the product is received and will be processed to your method of payment within 5 business days.
  • For exchanges, the new product will be shipped within 2 business days. A shipping label will be emailed to you. You will only be charged if your original purchase is not received within 10 days.

 My product arrived damaged. What can I do?

  • Shipping or manufacturing damages or defects may occur outside of our control. If you experience this issue with your order, please email support@eclipsekids.com to begin your free exchange.  

If you are concerned about the quality or safety of a product, please email support@eclipsekids.com or submit a contact form so we may correct the issue as quickly as possible.
