"Foster Love is a non-profit that makes the foster care experience better for the 430,000 children going through it."

 Foster Love is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the way youth navigate through the foster care system in America. Foster Love provides assistance to children in foster care and the foster community at large. They currently offer diverse services for foster youth through tangible resources, educational scholarships, and supplemental support to foster agencies and foster parents. They work with thousands of volunteers, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners to transform the way children experience foster care. Their programs are created to provide a way for people who cannot become foster parents to still have a meaningful and effective way to help children in foster care.

God has always placed a desire to support children in foster care on my heart. My husband and I found out we were expecting our first child while in the middle of training and made the hard decision to put becoming foster parents on hold. Years later we had the opportunity to take in our niece and God proved that our training was part of His plan all along.  Eclipse Kids is a family run company with a history of overcoming adversities. For some of us, visiting food banks was a necessary part of childhood and that portion of the past is not lost on us. We are grateful to be in a place now where we can support others who are in similar situations as we once were. We have chosen to partner with the North Texas Food Bank to have the largest impact on the community around us.
