Order
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. If you are local to North TX, you may receive your order the following day. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 business days.
The average customer receives their items within 5 days, however shipping delays can be out of our control. If you have not received your items within 7 business days, please email support@eclipsekids.com.
We currently only ship within the United States.
Our preorder turn around time is typically 5-6 weeks from the date the preorder was closed. If there is a manufacturing or shipping delay, we will email you directly to inform you. At that point, you will have the option to change sizes, continue to wait, or apply for store credit.
Unfortunately, no. We will produce those items based on needs. Your item is being produced specifically for you!
Products
Great question! We strive to provide the softest and strongest kids apparel on the market, so the majority of our items are made with bamboo being the primary material. If an item is not made with bamboo fabric, it will explicitly say so in the material section of the product page.

It is very rare that we will restock prints. When restocks do happen, they are typically our solids. If you are hoping for a restock, we'd love to hear about it! Please email support@eclipsekids.com to let us know!
Most of our designs are made by us making them truly exclusive to Eclipse Kids. Occasionally, we will purchase designs from other small designers.
